Football: Tyjon Lindsey is missing in action at Corona Centennial
Tyjon Lindsey, a standout receiver who transferred from Las Vegas Bishop Gorman to Corona Centennial, has not been at practice this week and there’s questions whether he’ll be coming back to Centennial.
Assistant principal Bill Gunn said Wednesday that no transfer paperwork has been submitted for Lindsey, a senior.
Receiver is one of Centennial’s strongest positions depth wise. Coach Matt Logan expects Lindsey to end up back at Bishop Gorman.
‘In the back of my mind, I knew this was a strong possibility,” Logan said. “We move on.”
The Las Vegas Sun reported Wednesday night that Lindsey is back at Bishop Gorman.
