Track: Mt. SAC Relays to host ‘Assault on the 4 Minute Mile’

The Mt. SAC Relays are set for Friday and Saturday at Cerritos College, and the big race on Friday is entitled, “Assault on the 4 Minute Mile.”
Top high school milers scheduled to compete include Connor Dunne from San Clemente, Austin Tamagno from Brea Olinda and Eduardo Herrera from Madera South. All have run better than 4:05.
There are only two U.S. runners that have broken four minutes in the mile in high school competition _ Jim Ryan and Lukas Verzbicas.
