Candace Parker, who is averaging 18.7 points and 9.1 rebounds, had her fourth straight double-double (23 points, 10 rebounds) in the Sparks’ 90-74 victory over Phoenix on Friday. Tina Charles averages 20.9 points and 11.1 rebounds a game for Connecticut.
