Kawhi Leonard scored 24 points and the San Antonio Spurs surged past the Indiana Pacers for a 106-92 victory Monday night at San Antonio.

The Spurs (24-5) are off to the second-best start in franchise history. They’ve won six in a row overall, are 16-0 at home and 21 times have won by double figures.

Tony Parker scored 15 points, nine in the fourth quarter. Boris Diaw scored 14 points, LaMarcus Aldridge and Patty Mills 10 apiece.

David West, in his first game against the Pacers since leaving last summer to sign with the Spurs, had seven points and five rebounds.

Brooklyn 105, at Chicago 102: Brook Lopez had 21 points and 12 rebounds, Thaddeus Young had 16 points and 13 rebounds and the Nets ended a five-game losing streak. Bulls center Joakim Noah left the game late in the third quarter because of an apparent left shoulder injury.

at Boston 113, Minnesota 99: Kelly Olynyk scored 19 points and Jae Crowder 18 to lead the Celtics, whose fans were disappointed that former Celtics forward Kevin Garnett did not play for the Timberwolves.

at Atlanta 106, Portland 97: Dennis Schroder, despite losing a tooth in a fourth-quarter collision, took advantage of Portland’s depleted backcourt to score 18 points, leading the Hawks to their fourth consecutive victory. Trail Blazers starting guards Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum were sidelined because of injuries, Lillard sitting out for the first time in 276 NBA games.

at Houston 102, Charlotte 95: James Harden scored 36 points to lead the Rockets, who squandered a double-digit lead in the fourth quarter before rallying.

Orlando 107, at New York 99: Nikola Vucevic matched his season high with 26 points and grabbed nine rebounds for the Magic, which has won four of five.

at Washington 113, Sacramento 99: John Wall had a career-high 19 assists and scored 12 points for the Wizards, who got 27 points and 16 rebounds from Martin Gortat.

at Utah 110, Phoenix 89: Gordon Hayward scored 24 points for the Jazz, which has won consecutive games for the first time in December and reached 100 points for the first time in six games.
