Less than 48 hours after his unbeaten streak ended at six games, Ducks goalie Frederik Andersen has been moved back to minor-league Norfolk, Va.

The Ducks on Thursday activated goalie Viktor Fasth after sending him to Norfolk to play Wednesday. Fasth, who won 15 games as a rookie last season, suffered a lower-body injury in practice Oct. 17.

Andersen, a rookie, won three starts on the Ducks’ eight-game road trip that lasted until Nov. 4 and was a last-minute substitute for flu-ridden Jonas Hiller on Sunday at Honda Center, beating Vancouver, 3-1.

On Tuesday against the lowly Florida Panthers, Andersen was in net as the Ducks squandered a 2-0 lead and lost, 3-2.

Hiller is scheduled to start Thursday’s game at Tampa Bay, but Fasth is there after appearing at the morning skate.

The Ducks also moved defenseman Sami Vatanen to Norfolk and promoted center Peter Holland.
