Justin Timberlake announces ‘The 20/20 Experience’ sequel, tour

Share

Justin Timberlake’s “20/20 Experience” is one of the biggest albums of the year. And soon we’ll have its sequel.

Earlier this year, the Roots’ Questlove spilled the beans that the project was always intended to be broken up into two discs (“10 songs now…..10 songs later = 20 vision,” he teased), and Timberlake quickly confirmed the rumor. The singer announced Monday that an additional 10-track album would arrive Sept. 30.

Timberlake also announced he would kick off a second round of tour dates after his stadium trek with Jay-Z this summer.

The 20/20 Experience World Tour will kick off Oct. 31 in Montreal and run through next year, with additional dates expected to be announced.

His Legends of the Summer tour with Jay-Z kicks off in July and includes a stop at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena on July 28.

Tickets for select dates of his 20/20 Experience tour go on sale May 13 through Live Nation. More information, including a tour itinerary, can be found on his website.
