WASHINGTON -- With Gilbert Arenas back on the floor, the Washington Wizards fell apart in too many ways to count in the fourth quarter. And Arenas had the show stolen by a rookie making his first NBA game-winner.

Ramon Sessions made a 19-foot jump shot at the buzzer Wednesday night to give the Milwaukee Bucks a 110-109 victory over the Wizards, who left the game with new injuries to Antawn Jamison (shoulder) and DeShawn Stevenson (ankle).

The Bucks overcame a 10-point fourth-quarter deficit. The Wizards, by contrast, were all out of sorts afterward, so much so that Arenas left the locker room before it was open to reporters.

Wednesday was supposed to be a celebration of Arenas’ comeback after 66 games sidelined by a knee injury. The crowd was thrilled by his every move and by each of his 17 points, but Washington was outscored by 15 points during his 19 minutes on the court and blew the 95-86 lead it had when he entered the game for the final 7:23.

Donnie Walsh was presented as the New York Knicks’ president of basketball operations, taking one of Isiah Thomas’ jobs. Soon, he will decide if Thomas keeps the other one as coach.

“I need to sit down with Isiah and have a meaningful basketball conversation,” said Walsh, who hired Thomas to coach the Indiana Pacers in 2000.

Madison Square Garden chairman James Dolan gave Walsh complete power to decide, saying, “His mandate is clear -- do whatever is necessary to turn this team around.”
