Tony Parker returns to help Spurs beat Mavericks

Tony Parker, returning after a six-game absence, had 22 points and seven assists Sunday night, leading a balanced San Antonio attack in the Spurs’ 112-106 victory over the visiting Dallas Mavericks.

Tim Duncan finished with 17 points, Kawhi Leonard scored 16 and Boris Diaw had 13 points and 10 rebounds for San Antonio. Manu Ginobili had 15 points and seven assists as the Spurs extended their winning streak to three games.

Dirk Nowitzki scored 22 points for the Mavericks, who have lost eight straight to the Spurs.

Parker looked refreshed after not playing since Feb. 10 for what was officially listed as “rest,” but unofficially was due to a series of lower-body maladies.

at Orlando 92, Philadelphia 81: Tobias Harris scored a career-high 31 points and the Magic rallied to hand the 76ers their 14th consecutive loss. It is Philadelphia’s longest losing streak since it dropped 15 in a row in February and March 1994.

at Chicago 109, New York 90: Joakim Noah had 13 points, 12 rebounds and 14 assists, his fifth career triple-double, and the Bulls won for the ninth time in 10 games. Seven players scored in double figures for Chicago, which reached 100 points for the fourth consecutive game for the first time since Oct. 30-Nov. 5, 2010, and moved a season-best seven games over .500 at 33-26. The Bulls are 21-8 since Jan. 1.

at Toronto 104, Golden State 98: DeMar DeRozan scored 32 points, and the Raptors earned only their second win in the last 13 meetings with the Warriors. Stephen Curry scored 34 points for Golden State.

at Oklahoma City 116, Charlotte 99: Kevin Durant scored 28 points and Russell Westbrook had 26 for the Thunder, which led by only four points entering the fourth quarter. Durant missed 16 of 24 field-goal attempts but Westbrook shot 10 for 12 in 25 minutes in his fifth game since returning from right knee surgery.

at Phoenix 129, Atlanta 120: Gerald Green hit five of six three-point shots in the first half to help the Suns score 79 points, the most first-half points in the NBA this season. Green finished with 33 points as Phoenix achieved a season-best point total and tied a season high with 15 three-pointers.

at Indiana 94, Utah 91: David West scored 25 points, Paul George had 22, and the Pacers struggled past the Jazz for their fifth straight win.
