Servite’s Buechele Signs With Fresno

Servite High School’s Eric Buechele, The Times’ first-team, All-Orange County quarterback, signed a national letter of intent Wednesday to attend Fresno State. Buechele, a 6-foot 2-inch, 190-pounder, made his choice after a trip to the campus last weekend.

Buechele, the Angelus League’s Most Valuable Player, passed for 1,868 yards last season, completing 130 of 261 attempts for 49.8%. He threw 12 touchdown passes but was intercepted only 4 times.
