NCAA Division II Softball Regionals at CS Northridge

For the fourth straight year, Cal State Northridge will be the site of the NCAA Division II West Softball Regionals on Friday and Saturday, when the Lady Matadors meet Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Southern Illinois-Edwardsville.

Cal Poly SLO (36-16 overall) and Southern Illinois-Edwardsville (39-11) will meet at 11:30 a.m. Friday. CSUN (56-17), the three-time defending regional champions, will play the loser of that game at 1:30, then the winner at 3:30 p.m. The double elimination format will have the two remaining teams playing at noon Saturday in the championship game.
