New School Principals: Two high schools in the Garden Grove Unified School District have new principals. Andrew McTaggart has transferred from the top spot at Los Amigos High in Fountain Valley to La Quinta High in Westminster and Charles Leonard, former assistant principal at Pacifica High in Garden Grove, has taken McTaggart’s old job. Former La Quinta principal Ron Forsyth will become the district’s director of employee relations. In addition, Larry Hartman has been appointed principal of Lawrence Elementary School and Tom Cook will take the helm at Zeyen Elementary School, both of which are in Garden Grove.
