Burbank 20, Glendale 10 : KEY PLAYS

Frank Valdivia scored on a 35-yard run on the first play of the fourth quarter to give Burbank it’s final score . . . Valdivia also scored earlier in the third quarter on a 43-yard scamper to put the Bulldogs ahead 13-10 . . . Ryan Barreras of Glendale scored on a 10-yard run and added the point after to put the Dynamiters up 7-0 . . . He then kicked a 36-yard field goal with 10 seconds left in the half to put Glendale ahead 10-6 . . . Salvador Velasco’s 10-yard touchdown pass to Jason Flynn was Burbank’s only first-half score.

KEY PLAYERS

Frank Valdivia (B) carried the ball 17 times for 120 yards and two touchdowns. Salvador Velasco (B) completed 13 of 19 passes for 102 yards and a touchdown and kicked two PAT’s. Abelardo Velasco (B) returned an intercepted pass 48 yards to stop a Glendale drive with 7:49 left in the third quarter. Ryan Barreras (G) carried the ball four times for 60 yards and a touchdown and added a PAT and a field goal. Alan Valdez (G) recovered a fumbled punt and intercepted a pass.
