A 23-year-old woman motorcycle passenger was killed and the driver of the vehicle was injured when the westbound motorcycle slammed into a rock wall on the Ortega Highway about 14 miles east of the San Diego Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol. The man driving the vehicle was taken to Western Medical Center in Santa Ana. The names of the accident victims were not immediately available.
