A jogger discovered the bullet-riddled body of an unidentified young man on Santiago Canyon Road, near Irvine Lake, Orange County sheriff’s deputies said. The victim, described as in his early 20s, was discovered along an uninhabited stretch of the road about two miles south of Chapman Avenue. Investigators have not yet determined a motive, have no suspects and were attempting to identify the victim.
