Freshmen Lead CSUF Wrestlers

Cal State Fullerton’s wrestling team improved its overall record to 10-5-1 with a 35-6 victory over Biola College Wednesday night at Fullerton.
Titan coach Dan Lewis used several freshmen in the contest. Scott Guy pinned Doug Colbert in the 150-pound weight class, while senior Ardeshir Asgari at 167 pounds had the quickest match of the night, winning on a pin in only 57 seconds. The win improved his record to 20-2 this season.
Biola is now 7-13.
