Appleberry Leads Christ College Irvine to 76-75 Win

Derwin Appleberry scored 32 points Wednesday night and Christ College Irvine held off LIFE Bible College, 76-75, at La Canada. LIFE’s Mike Updike led all scorers with 30 points and his brother Sam Updike added 23. LIFE. pulled to within one point with three seconds left on a tip-in by Terry Risser, but Christ College was able to hang on.
