Cal State Fullerton Women Gymnasts Upset Georgia

The fifth-rated Cal State Fullerton women’s gymnastics team upset second-ranked Georgia Sunday afternoon in the Fullerton Invitational Tri-meet. The Titans scored 186.80, 16th-ranked Penn State 182.40 and Georgia 182.25.
Taunia Rogers, the top-rated gymnast in the country, won the all-around title with a 37.90 for Fullerton. She won the vault with a 9.60 and the floor exercise with a 9.50. Teammates Christi Robell and Tami Elliott tied for second in the all-around with 37.15.
