Man, 21, Slain on Imperial Beach Pier
IMPERIAL BEACH —
The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the Thursday morning killing of a San Lorenzo man on the municipal pier in Imperial Beach.
Scott Anthony Fraley, 21, was stabbed numerous times in the abdomen after an argument with another man on the pier, Lt. Bill Baxter of the department said.
Fraley was in San Diego visiting relatives. He was pronounced dead at the scene by a Life Flight physician.
The suspect fled the pier on foot, and remains at large, Baxter said.
