Then John Schubeck on “Live at 5” 5 to 5:20.

Then Michael Jackson on “California People” 5:20 to 5:40.

Then Warren Olney and Paula Zahn on “California Family” 5:40 to 6.

Then Toyota (again) and Dan Miller on “Southern California Evening News” 6 to 6:30.

Then Dan Rather will deal with the rest of the world for the next half hour.
