Running back Joe Morris of the New York Giants was hospitalized after feeling ill and may not play in Sunday’s game against the New Orleans Saints at East Rutherford, N.J.
Coach Bill Parcells said Morris, the Giants’ leading rusher, was admitted to Pascack Valley Hospital late Thursday in Westwood, N.J., for tests.
Giant spokesman Ed Croke said Morris remained hospitalized Friday night for more tests pertaining to a possible “blood disorder.”
