Former Memphis State basketball coach Dana Kirk denied that he intentionally broke the law, in his first public comments since he was charged in a federal indictment with income tax evasion, mail fraud and obstruction of justice. “I haven’t done anything knowingly wrong; there are two sides to everything,” Kirk said on a radio call-in show.
