One person who purchased a ticket in Oceanside hit six out of six numbers in the California Lotto 6/49 to win the record $17,301,449 jackpot, state officials said Sunday.

The identity of the winner will probably be disclosed today, officials said, when he or she steps forward to claim the prize--the biggest since the start of the Lotto game eight weeks ago. A computer analysis showed that the winner purchased the ticket in the southern part of the state.

The numbers, drawn Saturday night, were 15, 18, 22, 24, 28 and 49. The bonus number was 30.
