Windy and Cold for NFC Game

NEW YORK —
Windy, cold weather is forecast for Sunday’s NFC championship game between the New York Giants and the Washington Redskins in East Rutherford, N.J.
The National Weather Service said Friday that rain, or possibly snow, forecast for the New York area would end early Sunday morning. Game time is 4 p.m. EST.
Giants Stadium has an artificial surface.
