San Diego High School Basketball : San Dieguito Wins in 4th Quarter With Defense and Free Throws
A strong defensive effort and near-perfect free-throw shooting in the final quarter gave the San Dieguito High School boys’ basketball team a 48-43 Palomar League victory over Poway Wednesday night at San Dieguito.
“That is probably the finest defensive effort that players I’ve coached have ever produced,” said San Dieguito Coach Brian Daly. “We pretty much dictated the pace of the game with our defense.”

Bahr led all scorers with 16 points. He also had 7 rebounds, and Jack Minger added 10 points and 5 rebounds.
