UCI Opens Tennis Season Against Kentucky
The UC Irvine men’s tennis team opens the season this weekend in the Minnesota Challenge Tournament at Minneapolis.
The Anteaters will play No. 18 Kentucky today and No. 13 Minnesota Sunday.
Irvine, 18-12 last season, is led by the doubles team of senior Julian Barham and junior Darren Yates. Barham and Yates are coming off victories in the Rolex-ITCA Southern California Regionals and the Sunny Hills Holiday Tournament.
