Valley College Women Remain Unbeaten in SCC

Five Valley College players scored in double figures, including Dametra Johnson’s game-high 19 points, as Valley remained undefeated in Southern California Conference with a 99-33 rout of Chaffey College on Wednesday at Valley.

Freshman Traci Atkins and all-conference forward Maryjo Testa added 15 each for Valley (18-3, 6-0).

Chaffey, which trailed 49-19 at halftime, scored only 14 points in the second half. Pamela Allen and Treva Davis, who finished with 10 points each, accounted for all of Chaffey’s second-half points.
