Oscar ballots should hit thousands of mailboxes this weekend, Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences President Robert E. Wise said Thursday. Ballots in all 23 categories were being mailed to 4,300 voting members with instructions to forward them to Price Waterhouse and Co. before 5 p.m. on March 24. Price Waterhouse will then tally the votes and seal the winning names in envelopes for presentation at the 59th annual Academy Awards presentation March 30.
