2nd Fire Hits Egg Farm

HUDSONVILLE, Mich. —
The second fire in three weeks swept through two barns at one of the state’s largest egg producers, killing about 140,000 chickens, and authorities today said they were checking whether it was arson. Damage from Wednesday night’s fire at Sunrise Acres Egg Farm was estimated at $500,000.
