For the third consecutive year, “Cagney & Lacey” fans can decide which episode producer Barney Rosenzweig should submit for Emmy Award consideration. So far, the fans have helped: The CBS-TV series has won Emmys for best dramatic series the last two years. This year, fans outside of Los Angeles can decide, too. Marathon screenings of last season’s 22 shows will be conducted in multiplex theaters in Washington, D.C., July 14, in Philadelphia July 20 and in Los Angeles July 22.
