Bob Welsh Gives USD a 1-0 Soccer Victory

Bob Welsh scored with four minutes left to give the University of San Diego men’s soccer team a 1-0 victory over St. Mary’s College at Moraga, Calif., Friday.

The goal came after a shot from a USD player had hit the goal post. Welsh scored on the rebound.

USD is 6-2-1 and St. Mary’s is 2-5-1.
