CS Long Beach Seeks Road Win at UNLV
LAS VEGAS —
State Long Beach will try for a rare road victory in a Pacific Coast Athletic Assn. game tonight against Nevada Las Vegas.
Long Beach, 4-4 overall and 2-2 in the PCAA, has won only one game away from home.
But the 49ers will send a suddenly high-powered offense--75 points in the last two games--against a Las Vegas defense that has allowed an average of 37 points in league games.
The Rebels are 2-5 and 1-3.
