Francis Parker Wins Girls’ Volleyball Title

The Francis Parker High School girls’ volleyball team became the first Division III school to win consecutive state championships when it defeated St. Helena Saturday at Cal State Fullerton.

Francis Parker won, 15-13, 10-15, 15-2, 15-6. Francis Parker was led by Tina Harris, who had 17 kills, and Heidi West, who had 15.
