Another Draw in Chess Series

SEVILLE, Spain —
Titlist Gary Kasparov and challenger Anatoly Karpov agreed to a draw today after 28 moves in the 21st game of the World Chess Championship. The score stood at 10 1/2 each. With three games remaining, Kasparov retains the advantage in the 24-game series, because in the event of a 12-12 tie, he will retain the championship. The victor will hold the championship crown for three years.
