Lady Toros Defeat San Luis Obispo

Devon Akita, Angel Wells and Kathy Goggin combined for 35 points Thursday night as the women’s basketball team at Cal State Dominguez Hills defeated Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, 57-51.

It was the second consecutive win for the Lady Toros, who moved to 9-14 on the year and 2-6 in the California Collegiate Athletic Assn. Cal Poly dropped to 10-10 overall and 4-4 in league play.
