Gilberto Mendoza, World Boxing Assn. president, is due in San Juan, Puerto Rico, today to oversee the second laboratory tests of urine from super bantamweight champion Bernando Pinango of Venezuela, who reportedly tested positive for cocaine after a title fight Feb. 27.

Pinango, who won the title by defeating Julio Gervacio of the Dominican Republic on a split decision, allegedly tested positive for cocaine and amphetamines in a urine sample taken immediately after the fight.

Pinango has denied having used any drugs and said the urine tested was not his.
