Miami’s NBA expansion team named Pauline Winick, who has extensive background in the community, as vice president of administration.

Winick, 41, has been executive assistant to the city manager, public affairs producer for WPLG-TV and communications director for Metro-Dade County. She has a public relations company and works with several cultural groups.
