Chris Mills, a former Fairfax High School basketball star, has enrolled at the University of Kentucky, even though his recruitment is the subject of an investigation by the National Collegiate Athletic Assn.

The investigation of alleged recruiting violations stems from a package being sent March 30 from Dwane Casey, Kentucky assistant basketball coach, to Mills’ father, Claud.

The Los Angeles Daily News reported earlier this year that several employees of the Emery Worldwide Air Frieght Corp. said the package became unsealed in transit and revealed $1,000in cash.
