Local News in Brief : South County : Ortega Highway Crash Hospitalizes Two Men
Two men remained hospitalized Tuesday after a head-on collision on Ortega Highway.
The victims were identified as Roger Perry, 26, of Laguna Hills and Fred Krieg, 27, of Perris, Orange County Fire Capt. Hank Raymond said.
The accident occurred about 9:15 p.m. Monday, when their two cars collided about a quarter-mile north of San Juan Hot Springs, Raymond said.
Both men were at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center in Mission Viejo on Tuesday, Krieg in stable condition with head injuries and Perry in satisfactory condition with minor head and knee injuries.
