Marshall Fundamental 29, L.A. Baptist 20--Sherwin Amos’ 24-yard touchdown run with 1:50 to play clinched the victory at Pasadena City College.
L. A. Baptist’s Al Hernandez scored on a 4-yard run and Colyn Van Buren added a 12-yard touchdown run to put the Knights ahead, 20-17, at the end of the third quarter. The Eagles countered with 2 touchdowns in the fourth quarter.
