In another Garden Grove League game:
Bolsa Grande 7, Rancho Alamitos 6--The Matadors (3-6, 2-4) rallied in the fourth quarter for the victory at Garden Grove High School.
Eric Shimomura scored on a 1-yard run late in the fourth quarter to tie the score, 6-6. Sonny Nguyen then kicked the winning extra point.
Rancho Alamitos (2-7, 1-5) took the lead in the second quarter on a 1-yard run by David Singletary, but the Vaqueros failed on a two-point conversion try.
