High School Football : SAN FERNANDO VALLEY LEAGUE
Notre Dame 48, Bell-Jeff 7--Running backs Errol Small and Mike Schaefer each scored 2 touchdowns to lead the Knights at Burroughs High.
Small rushed for a game-high 104 yards in 10 carries and scored on runs of 3 and 8 yards. Schaefer had scoring runs of 1 and 19 yards and had 99 yards in 9 carries.
Greg Andrachick threw for 1 touchdown and completed 5 of 11 passes for 109 yards for Notre Dame (7-2, 3-0).
David Bowman returned a kickoff 75 yards with 3:45 to play for the only touchdown for the Guards (1-8, 1-2).
