CSUN Volleyball Team Keeps Streaks Intact

Outside hitters Keira Middleton and Francie Bowman had 16 and 15 kills, respectively, to lead Cal State Northridge to a 15-9, 15-11, 12-15, 15-4 win over Cal State Bakersfield in a California Collegiate Athletic Assn. match Wednesday night at Northridge.

The Lady Matadors (25-9, 8-0 in conference play) extended their winning streak to 46 CCAA matches in a row and 46 in a row at home.

Setter Karen Langston had 56 assists for Northridge, which is ranked fifth nationally in the Tachikara coaches’ poll.

Maggie Aston had 15 kills for Bakersfield (21-11, 6-3).
