Glendale 10, Hoover 6--Glendale fullback Rafik Thorossian rushed for a game-high 125 yards in 17 carries and caught 3 passes for 53 yards and a touchdown to lead the Dynamiters at Glendale High.
Richard Callister connected with Thorossian on a 15-yard scoring pass play and Thorossian ran in the conversion with 8:09 to play to give Glendale (4-6, 1-4) a 10-0 lead.
Callister completed 5 of 12 passes for 63 yards and 2 interceptions. Hoover (1-8-1, 0-5) lost its eighth consecutive game.
