Fullerton Takes No. 1 Ranking
Fullerton College’s football team, on the strength of a 47-37 victory over Saddleback Saturday, is the top-ranked team in the J.C. Grid-Wire national poll released Monday.
Fullerton (10-0) passed Arizona Glendale (9-0), which was idle. Bakersfield (10-0) is third.
Fullerton and Bakersfield will meet Dec. 3 in the Potato Bowl for the national title.
