Homicide detectives identified Sunday the partially decomposed body of a man found under some brush near the Glendale Freeway.
Officers were unable to say how long Noel P. Quinn, 36, of Mount Washington had been dead, but “he had been there quite a while,” said Los Angeles police Sgt. Joe Ramm.
Caltrans workers found Quinn’s blanket-wrapped body Saturday near the Verdugo Road exit of the freeway. The body had rolled down an embankment and under some brush, police said. The cause of death has not yet been determined, Ramm said. Investigators are treating it as a homicide, he said.
