Southern Section Baseball : Hart Beaten by Louisiaga Again, 5-4

Pitcher German Louisiaga of Alhambra High was not able to pick his spots Tuesday with the same accuracy he displayed against Hart a month ago. But most of the spots Hart batters were picking to smack Louisiaga’s curve were already occupied by Alhambra fielders.

The Indians were limited to eight hits in a 5-4 loss at Alhambra.

“He didn’t have his stuff,” Hart Coach Bud Murray said of Louisiaga, who also beat Hart a month ago. Louisiaga struck out four and walked four Tuesday.

“They made some diving stops,” Murray said of the Alhambra defense. “There’s no fence (at Alhambra) so the outfielders play way back in Ventura County.”
