Swanwick, a 6-foot-10 center, averaged 20.3 points and 13.5 rebounds in leading Trabuco Hills High School into the State Division III championship game last month. Other county players named to the squad are Scott Campbell (La Quinta), Malru Dottin (Saddleback), Mike Frohn (Ocean View), Bill Mazurie (Capistrano Valley), Todd Norman (Ocean View) and Dylan Rigdon (Mater Dei).

Bob Gottlieb, a former assistant at Marquette and Cal State Long Beach, will coach the team. Gottlieb will cut the squad to 12 players for the game, which is sanctioned by the Amateur Basketball Assn. of the United States and will feature international rules.
