Mater Dei Still Atop Baseball Poll

Mater Dei High School, with a 10-game winning streak, continues as the top-ranked team in the Orange County Sportswriters’ Assn. prep baseball poll.

Kennedy, bidding for its first league title in 20 years, moves from fifth to second after a 5-0 victory over La Quinta, the second-ranked team last week. La Quinta fell to sixth.
