One man was shot to death and another was critically wounded Wednesday at an apartment building in Logan Heights, authorities said.
Police answered a call in the first block of 17th St. at 6:21 p.m. One of the victims was dead at the scene, and the other was taken to UC San Diego Medical Center.
Late Wednesday night, police did not know the name of the man who died, nor did the San Diego County coroner’s office. Police also said they did not know the motive for or circumstances of the shooting.
A spokesman for the medical center identified the wounded man as Terrance Nunn, who was in surgery late Wednesday night with gunshot wounds.
