Phil Jackson, 43, an assistant coach for the Chicago Bulls for the last two years, has been selected to replace Doug Collins as the team’s coach, a newspaper reported Sunday.
Citing anonymous sources, the Arlington Heights Daily Herald said the announcement would be made today. Terms were agreed to last week, the paper said.
The Bulls fired Collins Thursday.
